Welcome to Dublin Simon Community’s Run@Home with Ross and Harry Byrne!
Run@Home with Ross & Harry Byrne is a virtual race from the Aviva Stadium in Dublin to the Stadio de Olimpico in Rome and back, covering the host stadiums of the Six Nations Championship in Dublin, Edinburgh, Cardiff, London, Paris and Rome.
The race takes place over two weeks from 2nd – 16th August, with each participant being assigned to #TeamRoss or #TeamHarry led by team captains, Leinster Rugby players, great competitors and brothers Ross & Harry Byrne.
Every km a participant walks or runs makes a vital contribution to their team’s overall performance as both teams go head-to-head to reach the 4365km goal by August 16th.
Reach out to your family and friends to donate and support you and your team as you race across Europe. To spice things up, supporters can “buy” kilometres for the team of their choice by making a donation to either team – watch your team overtake the competition on our virtual map!
Our goal is to sign up as many runners as possible to achieve a target of €50,000 which will go directly towards people experiencing homelessness in Dublin, Wicklow, Kildare, Meath, Louth, Cavan & Monaghan.
Thank you to all who have registered so far – on your marks, get set, go!
